Food & wine festival
Four days dedicated to the Trapanese culinary tradition, a sensory journey through flavours, encounters and tastings in search of the area’s gastronomic identity. Not just cùscusu then, but all the great dishes from local cuisine will be featured in an event that celebrates Trapani’s onw genuine quality cooking.
From June, every day, there will be a succession of events, food and wine tastings in the best restaurants, cooking workshops and excursions to discovery the best products from the area.
A public event will take place at the Casina delle Palme (the Palms’ Lodge), a beautiful location next to the port in Trapani’s old town.
